From the humble beginning in 1981, we had produced our first piece of caster: 11 series steel rim black rubber caster. By winning our first customer’s trust, we’ve developed more styles and caster related products.

In 1981, Flywheel was founded from it's humble beginning, with an ambition of being the largest caster manufacturer in China.
In order to expand production capacity, the second factory plant with over 40,000㎡ was built.
When you want to build up your brand and reputation on quality, you have to set up a well-established quality control system at first. That's why we strive to be the first one to obtain ISO 9001:2008 certification in this industry. Until now, we are still following the latest ISO9001 version.
We never stop our steps. We kept bringing more equipment and facilities to our third factory plant with over 128,000㎡ built in the year of 2003, also reached annual turnover of USD 15,000,000.
In the year of 2004, we started to develop more scaffold casters to fit more types of scaffolding like cuplock system, aluminum scaffolding, kwistage scaffold, ringlock scaffold,etc. Our customers can always find the right and well tested scaffold casters they need
As our customers' trust grows, and more requirements on aluminum scaffold, we decided to develop our aluminum scaffold product line in 2008, and have our scaffold casters tested by TUV under the latest EN1004 standard. With the strength of our R&D ability, professionalism and quality control system, our aluminum scaffold brand SOLID SCAFFOLD started its own journey in the global market.
Now we are gradually upgrading all our production equipment to automatic type, and using green electricity energy generated by our own solar power station. Each product you order from us, you are contributing part of your efforts to the sustainable development career.

EN1004:2020 standard
Tested under EN1004:2020 standard by TUV, you can rest assured what you receive are aluminum scaffolds with excellent performance.
High grade aluminum
We use high grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy to manufactuer our mobile scaffolds, yield strength: all for ensuring durable and solid quality.
Extra protection
Made of a strong aluminum frame and 10mm thick anti-slip & waterproof birch core plywood, our platforms are solidly constructed to reach over 275KG/㎡ load capacity.
Extra safety
Our braces are not only easy opperated, but also with renewal clip design, which can wrap more than 50% area of the tube, to ensure it won't fall off during its serving life.
Extra guard
Strong aluminum folding toe board resists 150N force, with stopper preventing inner fold. Security nut on adjustable outriggers make the scaffold upright even in rainstrom.
Extra stability
With hardened fork, dual raceway, and steel balls, the safe working load of our casters can bear 1200KG with less than mm deformation, tested by TUV under EN1004 standard.
